Example rooms and genuine submissions

Rooms displayed in search are currently labelled demonstrations and are not available to rent. Advertisers may submit a genuine Clapham or Brixton room for review. Submission does not guarantee publication, verification or an introduction.

Advertiser responsibilities

You must have the right to advertise the room, give accurate information, disclose the full cost and avoid discriminatory or misleading content. Do not submit a full address, identity document or bank information through the listing form.

Safety and payments

RoomCircle UK does not currently take rent, deposits or application fees. Never send money based on a demonstration listing. View a genuine room, check the advertiser and read a written agreement before making a commitment.

Moderation

We may reject or remove submissions and investigate reports to protect users. A “verified” label will describe specific checks; it will not guarantee a person, property or tenancy.
